WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Orders from US should take less than a week for standard shipping and usually 3 days for express shipping. Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance travelling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Care Instructions

1. Charge the Fresh Juice Portable blender before first use. Ensure the three magnets on the charger are aligned with the three magnets on the base of the blender. The blender comes partially charged, but for optimum use charge for at least 3 hours. The charger light will flash when charging and stop when fully charged.

2. Wash the Fresh Juice blender before first use. DO NOT submerge the base in water. Both ends of the blender can open to put the ingredients in.

3. Layer liquids first and ice or frozen fruit last to prevent wear on the blades. Always ensure there is enough liquid when blending with ice.

4. When filling the Fresh Juice blender with ingredients DO NOT fill past the handle. The blender will not operate if overfilled.

5. Ensure the semi-circle on the blender glass is aligned with dots on the blender base. The blender will not operate if the dots are not aligned.

6. Press the ON button on the blender base TWICE to start.

7. The Fresh Juice blender will blend for 30 seconds. Tilt the bottle whilst blending to ensure an even blend. Repeat blend cycle for a smoother consistency.
